Due to the customization of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive a wrong, damaged, or misspelled item. In this case please contact us and include photo evidence of the issue within 7 days following the delivery of your item.
1. Physical Products
Return Eligibility: For physical products, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery to show that the product was damaged or personalization was misspelled.
- Ship item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.
- Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale

Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. This includes ensuring the item is unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
